In the Doppler online shop, different shipping costs may apply for the dispatch of items. The exact costs will be displayed as a separate item in the shopping cart or in the order summary before completing the purchase process.

For orders with a value of €29 (gross, including taxes) or more, delivery within Germany and Austria is free for items that can be shipped via parcel service (up to 35 kg). Delivery is carried out by parcel service (DPD in Austria or GLS in Germany). 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to a pickup station is NOT possible for garden items. If you order more than one parcel-shippable item, they may be shipped in multiple packages at different times to ensure the quickest processing of your order. However, you will receive the remaining items over the course of the following days. For delivery to the countries listed below, a flat-rate shipping fee of €9.90 is charged. Delivery to these countries is also free for orders with a cart value of €69.00 or more.

We would like to point out that freight deliveries are only offered to the following countries: Germany (excluding the North and Baltic Sea islands), Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, and France.

The shipping costs for freight deliveries to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg are €49.90. For orders over €289.00, freight delivery to these countries is free of charge. The shipping costs for freight deliveries to Italy and France are €69.90. For orders over €289.00, freight delivery to these countries is also free of charge.

The respective items are marked accordingly on the product page and in the shopping cart. To ensure a smooth delivery, a phone number where you can be reached during the day is required for the freight delivery, so the freight company can best coordinate the delivery time with you (delivery times: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Please note that the agreed-upon delivery date between you and the freight company is binding. When scheduling a delivery, please allow a small time buffer in case the freight company is unexpectedly delayed (traffic, extended loading activities, etc.). Additionally, the freight employee is not authorized to charge you any extra shipping costs or fees unless you have made special arrangements directly with the freight company. After receiving the goods, carefully check them immediately for completeness and intactness before signing the freight papers. The carrier can tell you exactly how many packages were sent by us. Check the number!

IMPORTANT: Freight deliveries are generally ONLY made to the curbside! In detail, this means that after unloading, it is up to the freight employee whether the goods are actually carried to the apartment door. Normally, this is not a problem, but freight workers are human too, and especially with bulky deliveries, it requires at least some friendliness and understanding to ensure the goods are not left inconveniently. We hope that after the smooth delivery, there will be enough strong hands (family members or neighbors) available to bring your ordered goods to their final place.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Most of our items are immediately available and will be packed or shipped to you in a box. Information about general delivery times can be found on the respective product detail page as well as in the shopping cart. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable for order, this will be indicated to you, and you can choose to be notified via email when it becomes available again. For the delivery of sunshades and bases over 35 kg, the freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment as soon as possible. This appointment is binding.

We are also happy to ship your goods to an alternative delivery address. For example, you can have your new doppler sunshade delivered directly to your office or surprise someone with it. Simply enter the desired delivery address when placing your order.

Depending on the shipping service provider, you can track your parcel shipment using a tracking number. This number will be sent to you automatically via email if you have consented to share your email address with the shipping service provider. (Links to the shipping service providers can be found above.) Of course, we can also provide you with the status of your delivery upon request. Please provide us with your order number and last name.

Go to the respective link to grant the shipping service provider authorization to leave your parcel delivery(ies) at your address. This authorization allows the courier to leave the package if you are not at home.

For freight deliveries, the delivery date agreed upon with the freight company by phone is binding.

Depending on the destination country and shipping service provider, typically only one delivery attempt is made. If the driver cannot reach you, they may attempt to leave the package with a neighbor. Otherwise, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel shop for you. You will receive a notification and have 5-7 days to collect the package from there. If you do not receive a notification, please contact us directly, and we will provide you with the status of your shipment.
