In the doppler online shop, different shipping costs may apply to the shipping of items. The exact costs are displayed as a separate position in the shopping basket or in the total overview of your order before completing the purchase process.

From an order value of €29 (gross, incl. taxes), we do not charge a flat rate for shipping within Germany and to Austria for goods that can be sent by parcel service (under 35 kg). Delivery is made by parcel service (DPD in Austria or GLS in Germany).

If you order more than one item, and they are sent by parcel service, your order may be sent in several packages at different times so that the order can be delivered as quickly as possible. However, you will always receive the remaining items over the course of the next few days.

For a delivery to the following countries, we charge a shipping fee of €9.90. From a shopping basket value of €69.00 the delivery is also free of shipping costs to these countries:

  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Italy (except Livigno)
  • Croatia
  • Luxembourg
  • The Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal (except Azores and Madeira)

Depending on the shipping service provider, you can track your parcel delivery with a so-called tracking number. This will be sent to you automatically by e-mail if you have consented to the forwarding of your e-mail address to the shipping service provider. Of course, we can also inform you about the status of your delivery upon request. Please tell us your order number and your last name.

We are happy to ship your goods to a different delivery address. So you can have your new umbrella delivered directly to your office or surprise someone else. When you take your order, simply enter the address where you want to receive your shipment.

Please note that, in the case of a different delivery address, payment by invoice is not possible, because this payment method is handled by an external service provider who requires a consistency between the delivery address and the invoice address (=registered address) for reasons of risk assessment. Other additional costs that are not paid or invoiced by us (eg customs duties) are not incurred. A VAT refund for non-EU countries can be arranged for a cost of €35.

Go to the corresponding link to give the shipping service provider a drop-off authorization for your parcel delivery(s). This is the only way the parcel service can leave the delivery with you if you are not at home.

Depending on the country or the shipping service provider to which your delivery is sent, usually only 1 delivery attempt is made. If the driver does not find you, he or she will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbor's address, after which the parcel will be deposited in the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a notification and have 5-7 days to collect the parcel yourself. If you do not receive a notification, please contact us directly, and we will inform you of the shipment status.

If you don't like your umbrella after all, or you only want to return part of the delivered goods – then contact us by phone or email so that we can send you the free return shipping label for the parcel service if this should be missing. As soon as we have been notified by the returns department of the returned goods, any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
