CANCELLATION RIGHT AND POLICY
You can change your mind at doppler. You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without stating the reasons.
The cancellation period starts from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last items.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (doppler H. Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for the repayment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for the repayment. We reserve the right to refuse to refund payments until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that you have sent the items back, whichever is earlier.
You must send or return the items to us without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you notify us about the cancellation of this contract. The dispatch of the items before expiry of the fourteen-day period is sufficient for compliance to the deadline. You shall be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods other than how is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Information for returning goods
We accept the return costs (when shipped by parcel accomodating enough) und the condition that you use our return label. Should you not use our label, you bear the cost of returning.
Note on the return costs:
We accept the return costs of parcel shipped goods on the condition that you use our return label. If you do not use our return label for parcel shipped goods, you bear the costs of the return. A refund is not possible.
Please enclose a copy of the cancellation form or the invoice with the returned goods, so that the returns department can process your withdrawal faster. When paying by "prepayment / transfer" please also tell us your bank details. As soon as the returned goods have arrived and have been checked by us, we arrange the repayment. The amount will be returned the same way you paid. Please note that depending on the bank and payment method, there may be a delay of a few working days until the appropriate amount is credited to your account.
Please send parcel goods with all accessories and packaging components. In order for the goods to be sufficiently well protected for the return shipment, you should use the original packaging. If you have already disposed of them, please provide a replacement.
- Enclose a copy of the cancellation form or the invoice
- Pack the ordered goods as best as possible
- Affix the return label to the package
- And hand over the package to a delivery service (Germany = GLS, Austria = DPD)
