RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in our online shop starting from the date of receipt. Only items that are fully resellable and in perfect condition can be returned. In case of damages, wear and tear, etc., the refund amount may be reduced.

Please contact us via email so that we can send you the free return label for the package. To expedite the processing of your request, please include your order number, name, address, as well as the quantity and type of items you wish to return when requesting the label. Once the return has been processed and inspected by our returns department, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method. This process may take up to 14 days.
RETURN VIA CARRIER
Please contact us via email so that we can arrange for the collection of the items by the carrier. For the return of shipping items, please ensure that they are repacked for transport (in the original box, on a pallet), as the shipping company will not transport the items otherwise. To expedite the processing of your request, please include your order number, name, address, as well as the quantity and type of items you wish to return when requesting the return. Additionally, inform us how you have packed the items (whether they are in a box or on a pallet).
The collection of the items is generally free of charge. However, in cases of refusal of the delivery, dissatisfaction, or if the order is canceled by you after the shipping company has already received the items from us, you will bear the direct costs of the return, amounting to € 39.90. Please note that you are responsible for the disassembly of the items, and the carrier will only collect the items from the curbside.
