Payment options 


All prices in our online Shop include the applicable VAT (Germany / Austria). The processing is carried out by the payment provider for example Mollie, Paypal, Amazon Pay, a payment institution approved by BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and processes all payments according to common security standards (PCI-DSS).

Paypal

An addition to credit card payments, we also offer PayPal as a payment service, which means you can pay easily and simply with just a few clicks. You will receive a receipt of payment via e-mail. Paying with PayPal® is always free for you as a customer. IMPORTANT: Please check the mail address you used with your order, so that the payment data and other payment reminders can be sent by mail. Once the claim has been submitted to the collection agency, the payment must be made to the debt collection agency.

Prepayment / money transfer

You will receive the payment information after the order is completed. Please remember alway to save or print out the order confirmation at the end of the payment process (thank-you-page) and indicate the corresponding purpose (12-digit no.). This is the only way to ensure that your order can be processed as quickly as possible. The transfer process lasts depending on the financial institutions usually 2-4 business days. The sooner you tranfer the amount, the faster we can deliver your order.

Please note that as of 01.02.2014 European money transfer will only be possible with IBAN and BIC. In the transfer form, you no longer have to specify the BLZ and the account no. of the recipient but instead the IBAN and BIC.

IMPORTANT: When ordering, check the email address you used to send the payment details, or print out the order confirmation page at the end of the order process.

Credit card

With payment by credit card your order will be processed quickly. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order, Visa and Mastercard can be accepted. Ann SSL connection ensures the confidelity of your payment data. Your credit card details are not stored with us, only passed on to our certified payment service provider "Mollie" in encrypted form.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay allows you to use your Amazon address and payment information without having to go through our registration process. Simply enter your Amazon e-mail address and password after clicking on the Amazon Pay Button in the shopping cart to complete the order process safely and conveniently. After the successful order the Amazon buyer protection is also available. We can't offer the payment method Amazon Pay to shipping countries, which we do not supply from the online shop. Immediate money transfer

You can conveniently use your trusted online banking data and you are absolutely safe. Thanks to TÜV approved transaction security, we can process your order faster than usual, so that you can look forward to a prompt delivery. The payment by immediate money transfer works like a common online transfer from your bank account.
