How much is the shipping free?

The shipping withing Germany and Austria is free of charge.

Important: When ordering, it is necessary to leave your current phone number and email address - with which you can be reached during the day – so that a trouble-free delivery can be guaranteed.

 

When will my order be delivered?

The most of our products offered are stock and will be sent to you as a package. The details for the general delivery time can be found on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.

If your product is out of stock, this information will be displayed onm the product detail page. You can also be informed accordingly by email.

 

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

We are happy to ship your goods to a different delivery address. So you can have your new umbrella delivered directly to yoour office or surprise some else. When you take your order, simply enter the address where you want to receive your shipment.

Please note that, in the case of different delivery address, payment by invoice is not possible, because this payment method is handled by an external service provider who requires a consistency between the delivery address and the invoice address (=registered address) for reasons of risk assessment. Other additional costs that are not paid or invoiced by us (eg customs duties) are not incurred. A VAT refund for non-EU countries can be arranged for a cost of € 35.

 

Which parcel service will deliver your package?

Shipping is handled by GLS or DPD. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.

How can I track my parcel?

If you gave your agreement, you get an automatic generated email with the tracking ID, where you take a look at the status of the delivery. (you find the links to the parcel serices above)

How often will be tried to deliver my parcel?

Depending in which country and with which parcel service your shipment will be delivered, mostly 1-2 attempts will be made. If the driver of the parcel service does not meet you in person, he or she will attempt to hand i tot an alternative address (eg. Neighbours). If not, the parcel will be deposited for you in the next post office or package shop. Therefore you will receive a notification and have 5-7 days time for pick up the package yourselb. Otherwise the shipment will be sent back to us.
